Kap-Bak currently ships orders within the United States.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Rates can vary based on the items in your cart, the destination address, and the carrier service selected.
Orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible. During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing and carrier transit times can take longer than usual.
When tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent to the email address or phone number used at checkout after the order ships.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an address needs to be corrected after purchase, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
If a package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using the tracking information. If you still need help, contact Kap-Bak with your order number and shipping address so we can review the shipment.
