The design allows for easy application and removal without risk of damaging the cap. It also allows the cap to be transformed into a “fitted” style. No need to buy a fitted-style cap!
The patches we offer are custom made to fit the VELCRO loop on the Original Kap-Bak. We have several options and are expanding this selection on a regular basis. Shipping charges are standard for small orders. Larger orders will be calculated at time of order. International shipping will be calculated at time of order.
The original Kap-Bak consists of the Kap-Bak and a patch. Simply search through the color options for your preferred color. You can match your cap color or contrast the colors of your cap and the Kap-Bak. There are many color options and these are expanding on a regular basis. Once you choose your color preference, simply go to the patch section and choose the patches you want to add to your Kap-Bak. Because these are custom made patches, the shape neatly matches the VELCRO loop shape on the Kap-Bak. This ensures easy application and removal as your moods and expressions change.
The Embroidered Kap-Bak is also available for many different teams, organizations and companies. You can select from a variety of licensed and non-licensed Kap-Baks or we can make them custom to your specifications.
The Kap-Bak is proudly made in the USA and consists of a waterproof polyester fabric. We use VELCRO® Brand hook and loop closures to provide the best quality and extended performance. The VELCRO® is applied using high heat that activates the pressure sensitive backing to provide positive adhesion. The material can be washed if needed. We try to ship items out within 24 hours but will assure a minimum of 3 to 5 business days. Order sizes may affect shipping times. Rush shipping is available.
